Phoebe is able to look back into the past and also into the future. Phoebe's Premonitions can
tell them who their next innocent or maybe even enemy is. Moreover Phoebe is more sensitive for feeling any kind of psychic
energy, e.g. the presence of ghosts or other beings. In season 5 her Premonitions became more vivid
to where they became slightly colored, and she could hear and feel what was going on. This power is triggered when Phoebe
touches an object or person.
After a long wait Phoebe finally got an active power, Levitation. With this
active power she can now levitate up in the air. Combined with her kick-boxing experience Phoebe is a very powerful threat
to all evil beings. This power is triggered by the need to be in the air
In season 6, Phoebe gained a new power called Empathy She cam
feel the emotions of an innocent or demon. Since powers come from emotions and phoebe can feel them she can tap into a demons
powers. If a demon where to try to throw a fireball at her he would have to feel the darkestof all feelings to render the
fireball, so she would use her power to feel his power and send it back to him. This power is triggered by feeling.
In the future, Phoebe has the power of Electro Mental-Ingnition, meaning she can Channel a Mind-Link
into the heads of people or demons forcing there intermost thoughts and brain cells to explode because of her overdoive amounts
of Shock and Telepathy. Phoebe got a Premoition of her useing this power on the wrong person so she and her sisters could
go into to future with a one time only spell to try to save Phoebe from being burned at the stake.
