to throw fire and the power of teleporting. In the end Phoebe's baby took over her powers and she was unable to control them.
He would render fire balls and make Phoebe throw them at who ever was talking bad about his father Cole. Phoebe lost these
powers when the seer stole her baby from her to try to rule the underworld.
